Quality Velcro on side of receiver with a shell card works great. Shell cards available from Vang (recommended), Wilderness Tactical, Esstec, and many others. Feel free to contact us with questions prior to purchasing something new or making modifications to your shotgun
Sling not necessary
A SHOTGUN THAT FITS YOU. If you have the option, sometimes a shortened stock can help, thought this is optional (12-12.5" length of pull bests for most shooters) also optional. Magul or Hogue stocks are available for some brands (ie: Mossberg, Remington, etc.) and are recommended. Some Brands and models (ie: Beretta 1301, etc.) require an adapter to mount the stock. Other brands options are few. Shorter stocks will greatly help with the combative shotgun technique and recoil control, especially for mid-sized and smaller shooters. Again, recommended, but optional. Contact us if you have questions.
PLEASE BRING A SHOTGUN WHICH HAS A SHOULDER STOCK OF SOME KIND.
Ammunition: Approximately 135 rounds of bird shot (7.5 and up recommended for shooting steel), 30 rounds of buckshot.
Clothing Appropriate for the weather: Range is outdoors. Training stops only if weather is dangerous.
